Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help drive sales and profitability by delivering guest services and leading the team.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds in a seasonal environment.
