Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help maintain Guest Services, develop staff, and ensure store profitability through merchandising and inventory control.

The position requires 18+ years of age and a flexible schedule. The physical work includes 8+ hours of standing and walking, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Minimum age 18 and flexible schedule.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Support guest services and staff development to maximize sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory.
