Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and seasonal operations.

You will help develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and ensure excellent Guest Services and inventory accuracy. Must be 18+, flexible schedule, and have prior retail management experience. Physical demands include 8+ hours standing/walking, ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
