Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help maximize sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, staff development, and inventory control.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Minimum age is 18.
