Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in various tasks including staffing, setup, merchandising, and store operations.

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, have prior retail management experience, and maintain a flexible schedule to meet the physical demands of the job.

Compensation includes an hourly rate ranging from $17.55 to $17.80, dependent on qualifications and experience, along with several benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations ensuring maximum sales/profitability.
