Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all operational aspects of a seasonal store. This includes staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown tasks to ensure maximum sales and profitability.

The role demands physical endurance with 8+ hours of standing and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have prior retail management experience. Flexibility in scheduling is also necessary.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown.
• Ensure maximum sales/profitability by maintaining Guest Services.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory.
