Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a seasonal setting to support the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown activities. The role focuses on maintaining guest services, developing staff, and driving store profitability.

The candidate should have prior retail management experience, be at least 18 years old, and able to work a flexible schedule. Physical duties include standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Support Store Manager in store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain Guest Services, develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, manage merchandising and inventory control.
