Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the daily operations of a Seasonal Store. This role includes staffing, layout and merchandising duties, as well as overseeing the teardown process.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Ensure maximum sales/profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.
