Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing a competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, including standing, bending and climbing as needed to stock and merchandise the floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors sales data, identifies trends, and drives actions to improve store performance and customer experience.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed.
• Upholds company policies and store procedures to ensure a compliant, positive work environment.
