The role requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move product, cartons, props or fixtures as needed.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Lead store initiatives and support full operation of the business.
