Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability while ensuring excellent Guest Services and proper inventory control.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience. The job includes responsibilities such as ladder setup, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8+ hours of standing.
