Topdrawer is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder for the holiday period in the Boston area. The role covers opening/closing duties, customer service, and maintaining visual standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an experienced retail associate or key holder
• Availability to work through the entire holiday season (Nov through Jan)

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized customer experience during peak holiday shopping periods
• Share product knowledge and storytelling to inspire thoughtful purchases
• Support the team in building lasting connections with new and returning customers
• Lead by example on the sales floor, modelling service standards and energy
• Assist with onboarding seasonal associates and mentoring team members
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities with accuracy and reliability
• Assist with holiday inventory receiving, stocking, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards that showcase Topdrawer’s curated assortment
• Contribute to daily sales goals, conversion, and average order value
• Help ensure store cleanliness, presentation, and readiness at all times
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
