Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail with a passion for creativity and design, and are available for the entire season. Expect part-time hours with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a retail associate or key holder.
• Reliable and committed to working through the full holiday season.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized customer experience during peak holiday periods.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor seasonal staff.
• Perform opening/closing tasks and assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Support daily sales goals, store presentation, and clean, ready-to-sell conditions.
