Topdrawer International Corp. seeks a Seasonal Key Holder to help bring our brand to life during the holiday rush.

From November 1, 2026 through January 11, 2027, you will lead on the sales floor, support peak traffic, and uphold visual standards while delivering warm, personalized service. Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience preferred.
• Reliable, able to work full holiday season.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized customer experiences during peak holiday shopping periods
• Share product knowledge to inspire thoughtful purchases
• Support team in building lasting connections with customers
• Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor seasonal staff
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring team members
• Foster a collaborative environment during peak days
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities accurately
• Assist with holiday inventory receiving and replenishment
• Maintain visual standards for Topdrawer’s assortment
• Contribute to daily sales goals, conversion, and AOV
• Ensure store cleanliness and readiness at all times
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
