Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a seasonal part-time associate to open/close the store, assist customers, and manage sales while keeping the store organized. This role involves operating the cash register and applying current promotions to drive sales, with emphasis on customer service and merchandising standards.

• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.

• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards and engages customers.
