Job summary

Go! Retail Group seeks a seasonal part-time associate to open/close the store, assist customers, and manage sales. You will keep the store organized, operate the POS system, and leverage calendars.com and email marketing for promotions. Weekend/evening shifts are required, with up to 20 hours per week.

The role focuses on greeting customers, executing sales techniques, handling cash, and maintaining an inviting store environment consistent with our calendars and toy retail focus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience or related field.
• Enthusiasm to be an innovative leader.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale and promote current offers.
• Operate POS system accurately and process sales.
• Provide service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store orders.
• Maintain store environment to meet visual standards and merchandising.
