Go! Calendar Holdings, LLC is seeking a seasonal part-time Retail Associate to open and close the store, assist customers, and manage sales. You will ensure a well-organized store, accurate POS operations, and friendly service that reflects our calendar and gift product focus.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, promoting promotions, handling cash, and maintaining visual merchandising. Flexible weekends/evenings, up to 20 hours weekly, and a supportive team environment are provided.

Formación

• One year of retail experience (or experience related in this field).
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader (show leadership mindset).
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented with optimistic approach.
• High integrity, accountability, reliability, and responsible individual open to feedback.
• Create an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with customer needs.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and thrives in fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every customer on entry and drive sales using the Five Steps to a Sale.
• Operate the POS system accurately and process transactions.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and organize displays.
• Receive shipments and manage weekly housekeeping tasks.
• Open and close the store as scheduled and prepare cash deposits.
