Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time seasonal associate for a calendar/toy-focused retail role. You will open/close the store, manage the cash register, assist customers, and help drive sales while keeping the store organized and appealing.

Prior retail experience and a positive, proactive attitude are essential. This position offers weekends and evenings as needed, with up to 20 hours per week, and includes benefits like an employee discount and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity and promote current offers.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers with orders and inquiries.
• Open and close the store as scheduled and prepare cash bank.
• Prepare nightly deposits and complete shift checklists.
• Receive shipments and maintain store organization and housekeeping.
