Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a seasonal part-time retail associate for a calendar and toy-focused store. The role opens and closes the store, assists customers, processes sales, and keeps the store organized.

You will greet customers, execute promotions, and maintain merchandising standards while using the POS system and basic computer tools. Applicants should have at least one year of retail experience, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity
• Offer current promotions and special offers
• Operate the POS system accurately
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders
• Maintain a store environment per visual merchandising standards
• Receive and place new shipments
• Reset features and promotions as directed
• Complete regular housekeeping tasks
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled, prepare cash bank and deposits
