Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates for service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, stocking for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, alarms, daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
