Topdrawer seeks a Seasonal Key Holder for the holiday season in California. From November 1 to January 11, 2027, you will lead on the floor, open and close, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will coach seasonal staff, maintain visual standards, and contribute to daily sales goals while representing the brand's creative, thoughtful approach to tools for living.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail (seasonal preferred).
• Ability to deliver warm, personalized customer experiences during peak periods.
• Energetic, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close responsibilities with accuracy and reliability
• Maintain visual standards that showcase Topdrawer’s curated assortment
• Deliver a warm, personalized customer experience during peak holiday shopping periods
• Lead by example on the sales floor, modeling service standards and energy
• Assist with onboarding seasonal associates and mentoring team members
• Assist with holiday inventory receiving, stocking, and floor replenishment
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
