Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric business.
• High school diploma.
• Basic understanding of POS, scheduling, HRIS, and time and attendance systems.
• 2-4 years of store management experience (preferred).
• Associate's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in determining associates' daily assignments and directing work.
• Assist in hiring and promotion decisions, including feedback and recommendations.
• Lead and inspire your team during scheduled shifts, enforcing policies and standards.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader by coaching Bear Builders and delivering a Guest experience.
• Ensure merchandising displays and layouts adhere to brand standards.
• Oversee inventory management processes including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Assist in building and developing a high-performing team delivering an exceptional Guest experience.
