Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a TEMP Sales Lead in Nashville to act as a role model Bear Builder and Floor Leader on designated shifts. You will guide a team, model Experience First behaviors, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting store sales goals.

When not designated as Floor Leader on Duty, you will function as a Bear Builder, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors.
• Provide feedback to the management team to make them aware of performance and compliance issues that the CWM and AWM are responsible for addressing.
