Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.

The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability by delivering exceptional guest services, developing staff, and controlling shrinkage and inventory. A flexible schedule and a minimum age of 18 are required, with prior retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Flexible schedule required.
• 8+ hours of standing and walking; ability to climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist in maximizing sales and profitability through guest services, staff development and inventory control.
• Help manage expenses, shrinkage and all merchandising duties to ensure smooth store operations.
