Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist in the overall operation of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown activities.

The ideal candidate will develop staff, maintain guest services, control expenses, and manage inventory to maximize profitability. Candidates must be at least 18, flexible, and physically capable of managing the demands of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of the store.
• Ensure maximum sales/profitability by maintaining Guest Services.
• Develop staff and control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
