On invites a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium, individualized in-store fan experience. You will master Cloud CX Premium and the 5 Steps of Service to make every guest feel welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support retail operations with precise execution, elevate product education, maintain premium visuals, inventory integrity, and contribute to community engagement with a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning and coachability.
• Reliable, accountable, with a track record of meeting SOPs.
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities
