Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead at our Paramus, NJ location. You will own the stockroom, oversee receiving, storage, and transfers, while ensuring safety and accuracy of inventory.

You will train stock associates and collaborate with the Store Manager to hit sales and productivity targets. You will also assist on the sales floor, restock and display products per Visual Merchandising standards, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail leadership/store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent team-building, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom processing, product placement and transfers to meet store needs.
• Maintain safe, neat, and secure stockroom and stock desk.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing stock associates.
• Support replenishment and product display on sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers and address product questions.
• Promote the Deckers Brands image and store goals in daily interactions.
