Job summary

UGG Paramus is seeking a Stock Lead to manage the stockroom and support store performance.

You’ll oversee stock processing, shipments, transfers, merchandising, and customer service on the sales floor, collaborating with the Store Manager to train teammates and uphold safety. Requires 1–2 years retail leadership, a High School Diploma, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail leadership store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent team-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom area including receiving, storing, organizing, picking, counting, monitoring, and distributing to meet store needs.
• Ensure stockroom and stock desk are neat and safe, promote safety and deter theft.
• Receive/verify shipments, handle discrepancies to keep inventory counts current and accurate.
• Manage stock transfers between stores or distribution centers and handle damaged merchandise per policy.
• Support Store Manager to plan for new product arrivals and adjust as needed.
• Display products on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards and assist customers.
