Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Cooks at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As a Cook, you’ll join an energetic team and help deliver great stadium dining experiences. Previous experience isn’t required; you’ll learn on the job and enjoy a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Expect evenings, weekends, and events shifts with paid weekly, great training, and flexible schedules. This role offers opportunities to grow within a long-standing hospitality leader.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor's assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Use flat top grills and deep fryers to cook stadium food like burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, etc.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures.
