Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of food preparation experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to Legends’ recipes and quality expectations.
• Ensure food is prepared, held, and served at proper temperatures.
• Follow procedures for food rotation, labeling, and dating to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times.
• Monitor and communicate food quantities and quality to management during service.
• Coordinate orders to ensure timely preparation and accuracy.
• Assist with restocking of food and paper supplies as needed.
• Support other kitchen team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as outlined in the Employee Training Manual.
• Work multiple food stations as assigned during the shift.
• Follow sanitary practices, health regulations, and safety procedures.
