Job summary

UPS Monroe, LA seeks a Helper/SSD Coordinator to supervise, train, and develop workgroups, maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service. You will lead teams and drive continuous improvement in productivity and attendance.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts up to five days per week, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with management experience a plus.

Qualifications
