The position involves managing resources, promoting continuous improvement, and implementing development plans to support the growth of department personnel. A degree and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing teams preferred.
