Job summary

UPS Rock Hill Center is seeking a Helper/SSD Coordinator for a part-time, seasonal role. The position supervises and trains teams, drives safety standards, and optimizes productivity in a fast-paced warehouse. Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and ability to lift 70 lbs are required.

Flexible shifts across up to 5 days per week, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration with management, employees, and customers at the Rock Hill facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and maintains workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Manages department resources for maximum output and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
