Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership to seasonal/part-time staff and support staff performance and training.
• Serve as a liaison between the Parks & Recreation Department and park guests.
• Welcome guests and ensure a positive, enjoyable experience for all.
• Open/close gates and secure fields, monitor the park, enforce rules professionally.
• Coordinate with tournament directors, coaches, officials to support events and practices.
• Assist with supply transport and setup between concession stands and event areas.
• Oversee concessions staff and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Make recommendations regarding staff praise or discipline and maintain a safe work environment.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the Recreation Coordinator.
• Work independently or as part of a team; adapt to park needs as required.
