Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana is seeking a Spa Attendant for the upcoming Summer season to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service. The role operates within the Spa, Salon, Retail and Fitness Center for Members and guests.

Essential duties include greeting guests, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining a pristine environment, and assisting guests with spa services while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a public contact position preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members and guests with outstanding service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across spa, salon, fitness and retail areas.
• Provide knowledge of spa services, pricing and offerings to guests.
• Ensure smooth check-in to treatment process and guide guests through the experience.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and privacy guidelines at all times.
