Job summary

Vail Resorts in the Colorado mountains is hiring for winter seasonal positions including instructors, cooks, drivers, and more. Instructors will teach group and private snowboarding lessons to guests of all ages, with a focus on children, delivering top-tier service in a safe, fun environment.

Starting wage is $20/hr with full-time and part-time schedules. Housing is available; lifting, lunch, and equipment fitting duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Must be fluent in English
• Willing to work weekends/holidays
• Capable of skiing on blue terrain
• Training required for instructor role

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons
• Work with guests of all ages, focus on children
• Deliver world-class guest service
• Create a safe and fun learning environment
• Support all needs of the snow sports school: scanning, running lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
• Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers
• Other duties as assigned
