Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring winter seasonal Snowsports Instructors. Starting wage is $20.00/hr with potential to earn more through incentives. Roles include teaching group and private lessons to guests of all ages, with a focus on delivering world-class service in a safe, fun environment.

This is a winter seasonal position with full-time and part-time hours; scheduling may vary and weekends/holidays are required. Training and growth opportunities are offered as part of Epic Service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages.
• Must be comfortable skiing on groomed blue terrain.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons to guests of various ages.
• Deliver world-class guest service in a safe, fun learning environment.
• Support snow sports school operations (scanning, running surface lifts, equipment fitting, lunch facilitation).
• Provide feedback to inspire lifelong skiers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
