Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is seeking Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors to deliver high-quality instruction to groups and individuals. Instructors will provide world-class guest service in a safe, fun environment and support ski school operations. Both full-time and part-time positions are available for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Starting wage is $21.00/hour with potential incentives to earn more. Housing is available, and the company offers extensive staff benefits and a strong training

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is required.
• Experience working with guests of all ages, including children 3+ is important.
• PSIA/AASI Level 1 or ISIA equivalent or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons to guests.
