Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring seasonal ski instructors for the 2026/2027 winter season in Colorado. Starting wages range from $21.00 to $64.34 per hour, depending on experience and teaching qualifications. Responsibilities include teaching group and private lessons, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a safe learning environment. Candidates must have at least a PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or equivalent and be comfortable working with guests of all ages. Employee perks include free ski passes and discounts. Qualifications

• Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent.
• Fluently communicate in English.
• Willing to work with guests of all ages and comfortable with children 3+ years old.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private ski lessons.
• Deliver world-class guest service.
• Support all ski school needs including scanning and facilitating lunch.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
