Job summary

Crystal Mountain in Washington is seeking energetic, detail-oriented Tune & Repair Technicians for seasonal work on the mountain. The role focuses on high-quality tuning, repairs, and maintenance while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will learn and perform tuning, repair, binding adjustments, and equipment maintenance while upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Prior tuning experience desired.
• Ability to work as a team and take direction.
• Passes binding and machinery certifications (certifications provided).
• Knowledge of the products we carry/sell.
• Cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform ski and snowboard tuning services including waxing, edging, base repair, stone grinding, and general maintenance.
• Mount, adjust, and repair ski and snowboard equipment according to manufacturer specs and dept. standards.
• Perform binding inspections and adjustments following safety practices.
