Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a Seasonal Repair Technician to maintain and repair ski and snowboard equipment for guests. You will inspect gear, perform tuning, waxing, binding adjustments, and base repairs using specialized tools in a fast-paced winter environment.

Responsibilities include advising guests on repairs, maintaining workshop cleanliness, and managing service tickets. A high school diploma and rental/repair experience are preferred, with Alpine binding certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• 2 years rental/repair shop experience preferred.
• Alpine Binding manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment for damage or wear and determine repairs.
• Perform tuning, edge sharpening, waxing, and binding adjustments.
• Maintain and organize tools and workshop equipment.
• Provide expert customer service and communicate repair options.
• Ensure safety standards and proper DIN binding settings.
