Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort in California is seeking detail-oriented Tuning & Repair Technicians to keep guests' ski and snowboard equipment safe, sharp, and ready, while delivering excellent service.

You’ll ring up sales, repair all types of gear, test bindings, operate tuning machinery, and work with Rentals. Certification training is provided.

This full-time role requires 18+ and the ability to work outdoors in winter, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience with ski and snowboard tuning equipment and machinery.
• Willing and able to complete a certification course (training provided).
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Ring up sales and rentals on our point-of-sale system.
• Repair all types of ski and snowboard equipment, including boots, bindings, skis, snowboards, and helmets.
• Maintain the workshop and keep gear properly organized and tested.
