Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a energetic Tune & Repair Technician to provide high-quality ski and snowboard tuning, repairs, and maintenance within the Rentals shop. You will work with a fast-paced team to ensure guest-ready equipment and accurate service records.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn bindings, equipment care, and upsell opportunities while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior tuning experience is desired.
• Ability to work as a team in a dynamic shop.
• Passes binding and machinery certifications (training provided).
• Knowledge of the products we carry and sell.

Responsibilities

• Perform ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, edging, and general maintenance.
• Mount, adjust, and repair equipment per specs.
• Inspect bindings and perform adjustments following safety practices.
• Maintain rental/demo fleets and complete service orders.
• Assist guests in selecting services based on needs.
• Document work and manage shop records.
