Mt La Crosse Kitchen is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to lead our Snack Shack team. You will be hands-on—working shifts, managing the schedule, and ensuring exceptional service at all times.

This position requires a commitment of at least 40 hours per week during the season, including evenings and weekends and part time in the summer for catering and private event needs. The role offers seasonal, full-time hours with opportunities to engage in catering and private events, while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have some kitchen or management experience.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers.
• Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, lift, and walk for long periods
• Able to work independently and function as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
