Job summary

Mt. La Crosse in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking teammates to assist guests with ski and snowboard equipment fitting and to contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Day, night and weekend shifts are available, most typically 5–8 hours.

This seasonal role requires excellent communication, physical fitness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers to handle inquiries.
• Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to squat, bend, lift, sit, and stand for long periods.
• Able to work independently and function as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
