Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and expert product guidance. You will engage shoppers with personalized recommendations, demonstrate benefits, and help drive store sales while upholding brand values such as cruelty-free cosmetics and Naked Packaging.

This is a seasonal, contract role requiring a flexible schedule. You will contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment and participate in ongoing product knowledge

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard data.
• Deliver world-class customer experience and identify customer needs.
• Educate customers on brand values including fighting animal testing and ethical buying.
• Expand product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
