• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals; own your contribution to store sales.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service, listen to customers, ask open-ended questions, and demonstrate product benefits.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values such as Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge and confidently recommend products.
• Development: Use resources to develop sales techniques, improve performance, and elevate skills.
