Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer consultations, product demonstrations, and brand education in a fast-paced environment. You will help exceed daily sales goals while promoting Lush values and sustainable practices on the shop floor.

Candidates should be flexible, customer-focused, and passionate about skincare. This seasonal, contract role offers part-time hours and the chance to engage with a diverse team and community

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce data and feedback.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and identify customer needs.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical principles; host store engagements.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and confidently recommend products.
• Support team growth and participate in DEIB initiatives.
• Maintain store standards: punctuality, visuals, stock, and safety.
