Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors who excel in product and brand knowledge, customer consultations, and product demonstrations. You will drive sales, educate customers on our values, and foster a fun, inclusive team environment in-store.

Responsibilities include delivering world-class customer experiences, staying up-to-date on product benefits, and contributing to shop excellence in sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training.
