Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors in Gilbert to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store sales. You will educate customers on our cruelty-free, vegetarian, handmade products while building brand loyalty and supporting team goals.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for shoppers. This is a contract position with 0–39 hours per week, located at San Tan Village.

• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals and contribute to store sales.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service, identify customer needs, demonstrate product benefits, and create memorable experiences.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values including cruelty-free, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging; engage the community.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge to confidently recommend products to customers.
